Eligibility:

• The 30-day money back guarantee is valid with proof of purchase.

• To be eligible for a refund, your refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process:

• To submit your return request within the 30-day period, please contact our customer support to initiate a return request.

• You will be provided with instructions on how to return your device.

Condition of Returned Device:

• PC’s must be returned in their original factory condition.

• This means that the PC should be in the same condition it was in when it left the factory.

• The PC should be free from all forms of damage, internal and external.

• All items that shipped with the PC must be included in the return, in the original packaging.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned PC and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise negotiated.

Exclusions:

• PC’s that do not meet the original factory condition criteria will not be eligible for a full refund.

• Shipping costs for returning the PC are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

*Our laptops and mini PC’s are the only refundable items.
